Hey, this is Jeff Nydegger with Kendall Partners. I’m here with my business partner Kevin and we wanted to shoot a real quick introductory video about who we are and what we do here at Kendall Partners. You know, I’ve known Kevin for nearly 20 years and we have been buying homes in Chicago land since around 2007. We’ve purchased properties in all kinds of areas and conditions and worked with sellers in all types of situations. We would love the opportunity to work with you.
My name is Kevin Hansen and I’ve had the privilege of working with Jeff as my business partner for 13 years. One thing that was really important to us when we started the company was to be a family-owned and operated company. We are a local professional real estate company that buys Chicago land homes directly from homeowners. We’ve purchased over 300 homes during that time frame and have over 40 years of combined local real estate market experience on our management team here at Kendall Partners making us one of the market leaders in the area.
We live locally, we shop locally, we work here locally, and we care about our reputation in the communities we work and with those who we serve. Simple and plain, we would like to treat others as we would like to be treated ourselves.
