Jeff – CEO

Jeff’s home buying journey began in 2007 and, since then, has grown to where it is today. A U.S. Army Combat Vet. serving in both Afghanistan and Iraq in the early 2000s. Jeff loves traveling with his wife of 20+ years and his four kids. He also enjoys woodworking in his shop, fishing, and playing sports. He serves on the leadership team at his local church and loves chocolate chip cookies!

Kevin – COO

With Jeff, Kevin helped found Kendall Partners in 2007. As a Fox Valley native, Kevin studied business at Aurora University, graduating in 2003. Kevin spends his time hunting and fishing and serves Jesus with his wife and four kids. Kevin is very passionate about business!

Glen – General Manager

Glen brings an eclectic set of skills from a 21-year career in K-12 and collegiate level music education, including organizational leadership and educational technology, and brings excitement to his role as General Manager at Kendall Partners. Glen’s other interests include building trades and woodworking, investing, trail running, hunting, and serving on the church worship team at Harvest New Beginnings in Oswego. He lives in Oswego with his wife and five children.

Aaron – Sales Manager

Aaron is a seasoned real estate professional and has years of experience in the industry after graduating from Illinois State University in 2006. Aaron contributes to the magic that is Kendall Partners by managing the relationships between buyers and sellers as well as performing property evaluations. When Aaron is ‘off the clock’, he can be found spending time with his family, playing sports and serving at his church.

Michele – Closing Operations Manager

Michele can be found managing the behind-the-scenes administration at Kendall Partners. With over ten years of experience in management, Michele is working towards her MBA at Liberty University. Michele loves to spend time with her family.

Toby – Construction Manager

Toby is our elder statesman (The Old Man) of Kendall Partners, embarking on his second journey with the company’s new brand, having previously worked with KP from 2014-2018.  He brings 35 years of residential and commercial construction experience back to Kendall Partners.  Toby is a graduate of Wheaton College, and a former Crusader running back, who still loves to watch college & NFL football games whenever possible.  He and his wife just celebrated their 35th year of marriage, have 2 beautiful adult daughters, and are empty nesters living in Yorkville.  In his spare time, Toby enjoys playing pickleball, golf, and watching almost any sporting event on TV. 

Megan – Lead Manager

Megan previously worked in transportation for five years and is excited for real estate with Kendall Partners. She graduated in 2019 from Aurora University with a bachelor’s degree in Theatre. Megan is a follower of Christ and loves to volunteer at her church as a Worship Leader. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and spending time with friends and family.

Katie – Lead Manager

Katie comes to Kendall Partners with a background in real estate since 2016.
Having worked with both buyers and sellers, she is better able to guide people through the, sometimes complicated, home sale process. When she isn’t working, you’ll find her deep in a book or spending time with her husband, three kids, and 140-pound fur baby.

Austin – Lead Manager

Austin comes to Kendall Partners after spending the last 7 years in the recruiting industry, and loves making new connections! He has a passion for helping people, and taking on new challenges. When he is not at work, Austin loves spending time with his girlfriend and their family, golfing, and watching Chicago sports!

Matthew – Systems and Software Specialist

Matthew graduated in 2019 from Trinity International University with a bachelor’s degree in graphic design and communication. He has previous marketing experience and enjoys a fast-paced environment, staying organized, and working with a team.  In his free time, Matthew enjoys spending time with his wife, doing yard work, and volunteering at his local church.

Joey – Real Estate Analyst

Joey has experience creating data solutions and loves data! He graduated from Bradley University studying mechanical engineering and running cross country and track. He is a Christ follower and enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and dog.

Justin – Acquisitions Manager

Justin brings over 20 years of sales and customer relationship building to our team!  He prides himself on listening to and understanding his customer’s needs! Away from work, Justin enjoys time with his family, including lots of sports events!  He also enjoys time in his home gym and time with his church family!

Jordan – Acquisitions Manager

Jordan’s real estate journey began in 2017 when he began purchasing investment properties. He loves buying houses! Passionate about following Jesus and helping people, Jordan spent eight years on the mission field serving those in need with his family. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and four children, reading and playing golf.

Tom – Acquisitions Manager

Tom graduated from Benedictine University in 2002 with a BA in Psychology.  Over the next ten years, he spent time coaching college baseball at three schools.  He went on to work in college admissions for the next seven years.  In 2016, he started up Diamond Skills Academy.  Tom likes to spend time outdoors on a baseball field, fishing, or anything with his family.

Kurt – Acquisitions Manager

Kurt brings to Kendall 35+ years of expertise in working with customers all over Chicagoland to create beautiful landscape environments. At Kendall Partners, he is excited to bring his problem solving skills and creativity to homeowners to help them sell their home. When not buying houses he is spending time with his family and new grand baby, and his wife may tell you he has a slight addiction to playing pickle ball.

Ivan – Dispositions Manager

Born and raised in Miami Florida, Ivan brings over a decade of sales experience to Kendall Partners. The journey to Illinois began with college baseball at Waubonsee Community College, where he met his wife, Mackenzie. Ivan contributes to the magic that is Kendall Partners performing property evaluations and managing the relationships between buyers. He began his real estate career in 2021 by getting his Broker License and now handles the sales of all Kendall Partners properties. When he is not working, he enjoys time with family, his son Giovanni, playing baseball, and working out.

Dawson – Operations Specialist

Dawson graduated from Cedarville University where he earned a Bachelors degree in Strategic Communication and a Minor in Biblical Studies, and where he played NCAA Division 2 tennis. He has an extensive history of coaching tennis, and is a licensed realtor. In his free time, Dawson enjoys working out, hanging with family and friends, and watching films.

CJ – Field Operations Manager

CJ graduated from Kishwaukee College in 2021 and has joined Kendall Partners to help with field operations and seller interactions. CJ is a follower of Christ who values his family and friends. When not working, CJ enjoys playing basketball and spending time with his girlfriend.

Andy – Property Risk Manager

Andy spent the last 9 years living with his family in Indonesia working alongside a local church in Bible translation and discipleship. He also has 8 years of experience in housing restoration and remediation as well as new construction framing. He enjoys playing disc golf with his kids and watching them play volleyball.

Niccolo – Operations Specialist

Niccolo comes to Kendall Partners ready to learn! Being his first full time job, he is learning from the team about real estate, sales, and communication. While new to this field, he likes to talk with people and engage in meaningful conversations. Niccolo loves Jesus and is thrilled to be working with Kendall Partners.

Janelle – Administrative Coordinator

Janelle has many years of admin experience and recently began her real estate adventure. Janelle is a follower of Christ and enjoys serving at her home church. When Janelle is not working, she spends her time crafting, baking, and spending time with her family and friends.
